We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

 We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products on our website are correct. However:

• All items are subject to availability.
• Colours and appearances of products may vary slightly due to photography and screen display.
• We reserve the right to make changes to products without prior notice.

When you place an order on our website, you will receive an email acknowledging your order. This does not mean your order has been accepted. A contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including:

• Unavailability of stock
• Errors in pricing or product information
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity

All prices are in GBP (£). Delivery charges are displayed separately at checkout.

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Payment must be received in full before dispatch.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days (working days are Tuesday - Saturday). Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or events outside our control.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Returned goods must be:

• Unused and in original packaging
• Returned within 14 days of cancellation

We do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

All content on this website, including images, logos, text, graphics, and design, is the property of Soy Wax Candle Company Ltd and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, or use any content without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for:
