Delivery Policy

At The Soy Wax Candle Company, we take pride in carefully hand-pouring and packaging each of our candles to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Delivery Times

• UK Orders: Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days of purchase.
• Standard Delivery: Typically takes 3–5 working days after dispatch.
• Express Delivery: Available at checkout – arrives within 1–2 working days after dispatch.
• Weekend & Bank Holidays: Please note that we do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Costs

• Standard Delivery (UK): £3.95 or free on orders over £40.
• Express Delivery (UK): £6.95.
• Local Collection: Free from Blake House Craft Centre – please wait for your collection confirmation email before arriving.

International Delivery

At this time, we only deliver within the UK. We hope to expand internationally soon!

Order Tracking

You’ll receive an email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information (if applicable).

Returns Policy

We hope you love your candles as much as we love making them. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind

• You may return any unused, unopened candles within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty or damaged).

Damaged or Faulty Items

• If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Email info@thesoywaxcandlecompany.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue.
• We will replace or refund your item as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on candles that have been used or lit.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
• Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
